Regenerative Reflection & System-Level Planning with Daze Aghaji
Daze Aghaji is a Youth Climate Justice Activist with a wealth of knowledge on Regenerative Cultures, Intersectionality, Social Justice and Youth Political Engagement. She recently supported ten RJ Working team members and a young person on work experience to engage deeply in a structured conversation to enable reflection and planning. We witness and experience Restorative Practice already contributing to deep-rooted systemic change. We collectively developed a visualisation of Cornwall’s communities informed by youth-led Restorative Practice in ten years time, if resources could be unlocked, and then explored what actionable steps we can take now to work towards that future. We identified ways we can care for ourselves that enable us to better care for each other, and committed to continually re-creating a regenerative working environment. RJ Working will promote this approach to cultural development in all our partnerships and training – we have long known the connection between Restorative and Regenerative and this shared learning was a wonderful confirmation.
