On the 6^th July, ten of our team members and one work experience student from Penzance participated in a day of regenerative reflection run by Daze Aghaji. Daze is a Youth Climate Justice Activist with a wealth of knowledge on Regenerative Cultures, Intersectionality, Radical Social Justice and Youth Political Engagement.

Over the course of the day, we participated in activities like horizon planning; looking at how the organisation currently runs, then what we imagine Cornwall and RJ Working could look like ten years in the future with access to unlimited resources, and finally what actionable steps we can take now to work towards that future. We looked at ways we can care for ourselves that enable us to better care for each other, and how that can contribute to creating a regenerative working environment.
