Young People’s Project Worker — Mid Cornwall
RJ Working is looking for a Young People’s Project Worker to support youth-led project developments in Mid Cornwall (especially Redruth, Newquay and Camborne).
The successful applicant will work with young people, schools, colleges and community partners to support climate and nature conversations, youth-led events, community action and the development of confidence, communication, teamwork and restorative skills.
Hours: 30 hours per week
Contract: 3 year fixed-term contract
Salary: £26,220 FTE, pro rata (£20,980 pa)
Training: Induction, supervision and Restorative Practice training provided
Location: Mid Cornwall

RJ Working is looking for a Young People’s Project Worker to support youth-led project developments in East Cornwall (especially Bodmin, Newquay and Liskeard).
You will work with young people, schools, colleges and community partners to support climate and nature conversations, youth-led events, community action and the development of
confidence, communication, teamwork and Restorative skills.
Hours: 20 hours per week
Contract: 2 year fixed-term contract
Salary: £26,220 FTE, pro rata (£14,000 pa)
Training: Induction, supervision and Restorative Practice training provided
Location: East Cornwall
