RJ Working Team Development Days – Dec 2021
Since the pandemic began, it’s not often that we’ve been able to get together in person as a whole team, and the RJ Working Team has grown considerably this year! In December we spent 2 valuable team days together at the Tremough Innovation Centre, evaluating our projects and their impact, and making plans for 2022. We also welcomed Ketty and Flo who are the newest members of our team – Ketty is a translator who supports families with refugee and migrant experiences who have settled in Cornwall, and will be leading on our ‘Culture of Care’ work with schools where the children of these families are placed. Flo brings valuable expertise in marketing and communications to our team.

Ramadan Craft Workshop
We had a wonderful morning at Truro Community Library where we ran a Ramadan craft workshop. We were joined by children and their parents from the Syrian and Ukrainian communities, and we made Ramadan themed suncatchers, played games and got to know each other.
