RJ Working only collects and stores personal and sensitive data that is necessary to achieve its charitable aims, and it does so in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

Data protection is about ensuring people can trust RJ Working to use their data fairly and responsibly. RJ Working collects and stores data about individuals for a range of reasons, all of which enable RJ Working to achieve its charitable aims.

RJ Working has a Data Protection Lead (DPL) who is responsible for the management and coordination of data protection within the charity. All RJ Working personnel are required to have a working understanding of GDPR and abide by the charity’s policies and procedures in relation to data protection.
