Staff Development Days at Truro and Penwith College - 5th Nov 2021

This week our team delivered Introductory Training in Restorative Practice and its Relevance for Harms to Identity at both Truro and Penwith Colleges, working with over 40 members of staff from across all departments.

We really appreciated the high levels of engagement and honesty; there were such important conversations started in these workshops, and we are very excited about continuing this work at both Truro and Penwith Colleges.
