Training - Programmes for Children & Young People

16+ Restorative Leadership

Who?

For Young People aged 16+ in Colleges, Universities, and the wider community.

What?

Working with 16+ groups is always led by the Young People themselves, about issues that matter to them most. Many of these Young People say they want the skills and space to talk about racism and identity, so much of this work is aimed at tackling inequality and developing the skills to lead change that promotes equity. Our 16+ Lead meets weekly with Young People in Colleges in Cornwall and supports them with creating their own solutions to issues in their community.

Where?

We can work online and in-person.

Why?

To:

  • Foster Young People’s Restorative Leadership in their communities
  • Support participants to navigate relationships with greater confidence
  • Encourage constructive approaches to conflict
