We work alongside schools to develop Restorative Practice for their specific community

The Ripple Effect programme is an intensive 3 day course for ten Year 9 students and two key staff members. Young people learn the principles of Restorative Practice and practice how to use them in everyday life, planning to coach and mentor younger students.

The Step Up Programme is for Primary age children, using group work, creativity and drama to practice vital life skills and build capacity for empathy.

FGCs put families at the centre of decision making, creating a plan together to move forward. 

We offer a Family Group Conference service which takes referrals from schools who want to strengthen their relationship with parents, families and carers. 

Bespoke training for a school or MAT including one day for the whole staff and two further days for a group of 12 Senior Leaders/Pastoral staff.

For schools wanting to develop Restorative Practice as part of a Whole School Approach, our team provide support and consultation. This can involve Relationship Policies, Restorative Coaches schemes, Practitioner Accreditation for staff and the UK RJC Restorative Quality Mark for schools.

We support groups and communities to use Restorative Practice to build relationships and repair harm.

Initially about the health benefits of being social, Right On Redruth has grown into a group of local parents who care about the wider community that their children are growing up in, and want to support local schools using and developing restorative approaches. In surveys over 90% of participants felt the training had a positive impact and over 80% felt the training had supported their confidence and motivation. Over 90% of Project event participants reported an increase in confidence and motivation as a result of the activity and over 85% reported the event strengthening their relationships in the community.

We provide experiential training, specifically for working with young people and children

We run an intensive 3 day multi-agency Restorative Facilitator training for adults, specifically focused on working with young people and children. 

Successful completion of the training enables participants to register with the Restorative Justice Council and RJ Working can provide support towards full accreditation.  

An exciting new ILM Level 3 Qualification in Restorative Leadership, focusing on coaching and teamwork in Education & Health. 

This programme provides an opportunity for cross sector knowledge exchange and career progression.
