Tackling Racism Restoratively

This workshop will support your staff team to develop a basic understanding of Restorative Practice and its relevance for tackling harms to identity such as racism. We will work with you to ensure that the training overlays with your school values and current approaches and the availability of your staff.

The training will support your staff to consider the harms caused by racism, and how Restorative Practice can support you to embed an active culture of anti-racism within your school. Our team of experienced facilitators will work with your staff in small groups to ensure depth of learning.
