Restorative Practice for a Positive School Culture

This workshop will support your staff team to develop a basic understanding of Restorative Practice and how it can be used to enhance a positive school culture. We will work with you to ensure that the training overlays with your school values and current approaches. 

The Twilight workshop (1-2 hours) offers an overview, and an opportunity to test the relevance of the restorative approach for your school.  

The INSET workshop (full of half day) will support your staff to learn about Restorative Practice in more depth, and to apply it to their day to day work. Our team of experienced facilitators will work with your staff in small groups to ensure depth of learning.
