Restorative Practice and Safeguarding

This workshop will support your staff team to develop a basic understanding of Restorative Practice and its relevance for Safeguarding and addressing the harm caused by inequalities. We will work with you to ensure that the training overlays with your school values and current approaches. 

The Twilight workshop (1-2 hours) offers an overview, and an opportunity to test the relevance of the restorative approach for your school.  

The INSET workshop (full of half day) will support your staff to consider Restorative Practice as a key approach for building a culture of care and strengthening peer support networks, which can protect against all types of harm. Our team of experienced facilitators will work with your staff in small groups to ensure depth of learning.
