Introduction to Restorative Practice

1 day, online, 9am – 4pm

This multi-agency 1 day training offers a valuable opportunity to work with others and consider the relevance of Restorative Practice for your role and workplace. Participants will exchange learning as a group, gaining: 

• Insight into Restorative Practice as a creative response to conflict and harm 

• Understanding of inequalities and related social and emotional needs 

• Tools and principles for building a culture of cohesion and collaboration 

Training takes place online. Numbers are limited to 12 participants to ensure depth of experiential learning.   

This foundation training leads onto our 2-day Restorative Facilitation Training, and 1 day trainings: Tackling Racism & Tackling Climate Change
