Green Ripple Effect (Primary)
This 3-Day Teamwork & Leadership Training provides a framework for children in years 5 or 6 to learn about Restorative Practice and engage with nature.
2 of our trained facilitators work with a whole year group (year 5 or 6) in small groups over 3 days.
Learning is focused around the 3 R’s of Restorative Practice; Respect, Responsibility and Relationships
The programme is run both indoors and outside, supporting children to notice and understand the wonders of the natural world that can be found even within their own school grounds.
A practical project supports the children to turn ideas into actions with a lasting impact on their school community.
Children will:
- Develop confidence and communication skills
- Strengthen peer group relationships
- Connect with nature to support health and wellbeing
- Share responsibility for protecting and restoring nature
