Restorative Justice in the community

RJ Working with key partners is organising a Cornwall wide conference about restorative justice and how it can support Cornwall's communities. the conference will be held at the shire centre, Bodmin, and will be hosted by the Bishop of Truro.

Cornwall's first Community Champions enjoying a reunion with their trainer Jo Poland. and a training session with members of the RJ Working team. The half day workshop looked at how restorative approaches to conflict and harm can contribute to building positive relationships in the communities they support.

Jane Haslam and Deborah Mitchell are running workshops for members of the Safer Stronger Communities Consortium (SSCC). These will look at the traditional criminal system and how to work restoratively with victims and offenders.
